Non-refundable items:
Final sale items, swimsuits, underwear, and beauty products are not eligible for refunds.
For all other eligible items, we offer either:

A store credit (credit note)
Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as received

Returned with all original tags, instructions, packaging, and protective materials
Hermust does not cover return shipping costs for online orders.
Exchanges
Swimsuits, underwear, and clothing items may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of the shipping date, provided that:

All tags and protective stickers remain intact

The item shows no signs of wear, washing, or damage
Hermust reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
They are applicable only on eligible purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
