SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE: For sanitary reasons, all swim and lingerie items must be tried on over underwear with the protective slip on the item.
No returns are admitted for lingerie and swimwear. Exchange only.
Swimsuits must have the protective slip intact to be eligible for exchange.
Any items purchased on final sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
ALL VINTAGE ITEMS purchased are FINAL SALE.
For any other purchases, goods must be unworn and unaltered, with original tags attached to be eligible for an exchange or credit within 2 WEEKS of receiving your purchase.
LUXURY DESIGNER ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR EXCHANGE.
Vintage, pre-loved or other regular priced merchandise cannot be exchanged for ANY luxury designer items.

WITHIN 2 WEEKS of receiving your swimsuit email us at email@example.com
Please include your order number and reason for returning the item.
Please include your HERMUST invoice in your return package.

Consumable Products: NO EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, including perfume, cremes, cosmetics, and other beauty products.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange.
Discount codes can be used only on the specified collection. Please note discount codes are not applicable on luxury designer items.
